Ruling forbidding him from cancelling student loans. He ignored existing laws at the border. Ignored laws on sale of LNG overseas. Cancelled keystone pipeline impacting thousands of jobs. Certainly the misuse of funds such as FEMA for illegal housing was an abuse of power. Hypocrites. Little late for concerns of a constitutional crisis

I think the Executive Branch would have to honor a Supreme Court ruling, but a Federal District Court is an entirely different matter.
The Sierra Club would file actions against our projects in lower courts then go with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in California and they would always rule in their favor ( being the environmental weak minds that they are ). Because there were no other rulings our projects would be stayed till the 8th Circuit gave a ruling in St. Louis and since we fell under the 8th circuits jurisdiction the 9th circuit ruling was mooted for us.
