So now Big 10 head of officials the Bullard hit should have been personal foul with targeting. Said you could take away targeting but basically should have been personal foul. So now the head official of little 10 is crying for the bucknuts. I guess next AJC will say our guys are reckless on the Hwy and the field. 😂😂
