Honestly, pretty surprised at how much Butch and co are struggling on the trail right now. TN has most talented in-state class I can remember and it doesn't appear UTk leads for any of the 5 or 4 stars. 2016 class was underwhelming compared to previous 2 and 2017 seems to be even more underwhelming. Top TN players:
Jacoby Stevens (trails UGA & LSU)
Maliek Gray (trails FSU)
Tee Higgins (trails Clemson)
Amari Rodgers (Clemson commit)
Trey Smith (no clue)
Richardson (Clemson commit)
Chandler (trail OM and others)
UTk folks dismissing it as early and that it will all change once they win the East. Which is why I ask, well then, what happens if they don't win the East? Seems they are putting a whole lot of emphasis on that. UGA vs UTk game is biggest of season IMO. They will lose tons of talent to NFL after this season and are currently struggling in the trail. If Butch can't win the East this year, he never will. Beat them in Athens and then win the East and we can derail that train up in Knoxville for a good long while IMO.
