Technically, Jabri sits at 3rd in SEC rank on free throw percentage currently but none of the guys in front of him have 50 attempts or more (Jabri currently has 64 attempts). Melendez doing extremely well at the stripe currently ranked 7th.

What does it all mean? Well as paint said in another thread, non conference looks tend to be easier than conference looks. Also, these numbers by Jabri will definitely get other team’s attention making life harder on him. But he is off to a good start. I felt like last year we kept him isolated in the corner and this year we are moving him around more and looking for him to score more which is nice. Hopefully he keeps getting shots and keeps making them. He can be a real weapon.
