Can’t see premium content

Hi! I paid my subscription on Monday and I still can’t view premium content. I’ve talked to several customer service reps at Yahoo and they have sent my request to escalations. They said that I have no subscriptions;however, they see that I’ve paid in full. Does anyone know how long it will be before this gets sorted out? @Radi Nabulsi @Anthony Dasher

Have you tried logging out, deleting your cookies and cache and try logging in again?
