I challenge you all to get out and do 10,000+ steps today. Do it with family. Walk or run at any pace. Will make whatever you eat or drink go down much better. Then the real challenge if you so choose is to do this for 30 days. I posted this on another thread recently but walking can be life changing. If you successfully do this for 30 days and eat a little better, you’ll have your significant other wanting to jump your bones from the results. Today makes day 115 for me. If you can do it on thanksgiving, you can do it any day. Your health is the most important thing you have.
