The last few drafts have been flooded with Louisville players evaluated and signed by Strong. I've followed Strong for a long time, and he is one of the best talent evaluators that I've ever seen. He churns out NFL defensive talent, especially defensive backs.
When he targets a defensive guy, I always take notice. Strong going all the way to SoFl to offer and pursue Baker makes me feel very good about Pruitt's eval on Baker.
