So yeah...odds are....he created/fabricated/made it up as he hasn't cited any evidence but "his constituents" with no verification. If that's how he wants to operate that's fine but he needs to be ready for the pushback.
The issues in Springfield exist if 20,000 white Englishmen moved in and caused a strain on the infrastructure. It's not a Haitian thing, as Vance and others make it out to be. It's a "too many people live here for the current support system" issue.
