The difference in our team and Nova especially is not so much talent as coaching. We are supposed to be a good defensive team....they are. Just watch the help and positioning they have, even when a 6'1 guy is guarding a 6'10 player in the post. The way they come to meet every pass and then assume immediately the triple threat position. The way they screen and cut. Those are things any level of player can be taught. We aren't.
