I read the article. It refers to a number of people and not all of them are "lawmakers." My understanding is that divorce laws are made by state, not federal government, yet there is a picture of JD Vance, a US Senator. I see some discussion, but no proposed legislation at any level.

To what legislation does the article refer, that would "end no-fault divorce?"
