this offense is littered with NFL players. I really don’t get the overreaction from him or many on this board. I thought our offensive game plan was overly conservative. Kirby knew they couldn’t score on us, and he was content winning the game ugly as we frequently do against UK. Agree with it or not, we don’t have to take chances on offense to beat UK with the offense they have….we just need to not give up big plays and not turn the ball over.
And no, I don’t like watching us underperform. But I think the approach going into the game did us no favors. It’s like Kirby and Stoops get locked into a battle of man ball will every time we play. I will wait to hit the panic button about our offense. The best is yet to come.
