The start of fall camp is well over a month away but that doesn’t mean the Georgia Bulldogs aren’t working hard to get ready for the upcoming campaign. On the contrary.

Through our sources, we were able to glean some info. on how the summer workouts are going. Here is what we learned:

...We're hearing Zamir White continues to get better. I still don’t think you will see him cleared for the start of fall practice (they’re still going to be extra careful), but we're told he looks really, really good. It's becoming obvious he can, and should, be a factor this year.
...Brenton Cox, a name we continue to hear, is pushing to be on the field early.
...Still no plans to move any OL to DL, for those wondering.
...Even though he’s just a sophomore, Andrew Thomas is taking on a bigger leadership role on the OL.
...D’Andre Swift I’m told is recovered from his groin injury.
...Isaish Wilson - as we’ve mentioned, and as Jim Donnan has noted on the podcast - physically looks outstanding.
...There are still a few players the staff wants to drop some weight, but most are close to their goals.
...No shock here, but Jake Fromm continues doing a great job leading by example. Justin Fields is, as well.
...Jonathan Ledbetter has gotten a little bigger.
...Quay Walker is making an impression.
...Jordan Davis is one they still want to drop a little weight; but otherwise, the freshmen are in great shape.
...Tyson Campbell is proving to be one of the team’s fastest players.

More when it becomes available.
