CC: Georgia offense did not look great. Wanted them to attack down field more. Pressure was an in issue for them. DT Deone Walker was great. Brad White (UK DC) had a nice plan. He disguised some fronts. He disguised some coverages and they were able to be problematic. Jackson had a really good game at LBer.

Georgia was more explosive with Etienne at RB. They were very close on some runs, but UK did enough to keep it 7 or 8 yard runs instead of huge plays. Really good job of keeping explosives in check. Kentucky's safeties played downhill well.

At the end of the day, UK's offense needed to do a little bit more. Kentucky RB is outstanding. He's played some WR, so you can get him the ball in the pass game. Not great straight line speed, but can make people miss, good feel, good vision. I thought Bush (UK OC) had a pretty good plan. Brock's running for his life. The UK OL did not play well. J. Walker is a maniac. Felt like every time they needed him to get to the QB he was at the QB. Don't want to talk about officiating too much but the roughing the passer call was bullshit. Loved seeing Gabe Harris rush from the inside. He's a guy I've loved off the edge. Trained killer. Just goes and attacks. Fun player to watch and they had him in a DT position. R. Wilson was flying around. D. Wilson was flying around. I think Damon is gonna be really valuable for Georgia by the end of the year.

Kentucky's 3 top WRs had a total of 8 touches. Had to have two TEs on the field a lot to matchup physically. Tried to move the pocket but the defense was too fast to got on it quickly. Just never got consistent for Kentucky. Could not get where they needed to for a score or to make things happen. Not one snap in the RZ the whole game. You can't beat Georgia kicking FGs. Kentucky ran 29 plays for 38 yards in Georgia territory. Think they should have gone for it late on fourth down, but it's easy to second guess now.

Ratledge went out. Brinson was out. Williams was out. Hall was out. NIL and the portal combination is making it hard to have depth and overcome these situations. It's not that Georgia isn't a national title contender now, but certain spots go away quickly, you become very human.

Beck never looked comfortable. I thought he missed a couple of throws. We told you last week they were having problems at OT. We saw it again. Issues in pass pro. Also think Georgia and Bobo aren't throwing to the middle of the field enough. When Beck separated himself last year, he bludgeoned the middle of the field. The great QBs do this. Nico is on his way there. He can work the middle of the field and layer the ball there. Burrow and Tua bludgeoned the middle of the field. This is something Beck is capable of, need to do, probably wants to do. Just something to look for out of Georgia moving forward.
