A lot of pre-season hype regarding these 5 teams:
FSU
Clemson
Texas
USC
Oregon
How do you all see them performing this season? In my studying up, FSU seems to finally have juniors and seniors ready for battle. A talented QB and quality defense. HC had patience and is no frills, but it’s working. Clemson lacks WR elite guys, but might have their QB to succeed in the weak ACC. Lost a lot on the DL. Texas is always hyped and lost Robinson at RB. They do have talent at WR and Ewers was a hyped 5 star. Defense was improved last season. Sark is all bark for me. USC is always loaded on offense. Can they get stops defensively? They got several transfers on that side, including Bear. Oregon has Nix, who is an early heismen watch list player. Speed at skill positions. Lanning is recruiting well there. Like USC, can the defense hold teams down?
My outlier team is Washington. Elite QB and WR. OL needs to make strides. Talent on defense. Great coaching staff. Tough schedule though.
