1, 2, and 3 have won recent championships. Georgia can't even win the weak ass eastern division. Georgia has averaged 2 unexplained losses for all of 4 years. But, God forbid that you mention this to Disney Dawgs.

How many years is it going to take for the dawgs to underachieve before many admit that Richt is an average coach?

Will never happen. Coach lovers put the coach above the program. They are perfectly happy with underachieving as long as CMR is still a good man.
