Have had chronic back issues (like MANY others) for the last ten years. Finally stopped guessing and went to a Spinal expert. Have Degenerative Disc issues and bone spurs. Short term I'm on pain, anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxer MEDS.
It's not the panacea long term but will get me through a few weeks. What (short of surgery) might be next? Steroids? Shots of some kind? What might you have done to remedy?
