I am starting my appeal. It seems the county, in addition to increasing the value of my house, continues to increase the value of the dirt every year. This seems somewhat egregious, IMO. I currently have the largest tax bill in my neighborhood. The county says it's because I have the largest lot. Thats BS IMO I do not have a finished basement. Houses with finished basements are more valuable than larger lots. Am I wrong?
