Democrat activist in a robe masquerading as a judge strikes again

"And while Giles concurred it is "undoubtedly in the public interest for ineligible voters to be removed," she noted it is also in the public interest "for states to comply with federal law particularly the right to vote."

Virginia has to comply with the law just as much as the citizens.

Removing eligible voters from the rolls IS election interference just as much as keeping ineligible voters on the rolls. Virginia could've purged before 90 day quiet period. They didn't. Whose fault is that?

Curious. Why do Democrats fight so hard to keep ineligible voters on the voter rolls? Why is so vital if you want a fair election?

The same question could be asked: Why do republicans want eligible voters off the voter rolls? Do you want your right taken away due to a clerical error?

hahaha, still didn't answer the question!!! Count all eligible votes....
If you read the complaint you would see that they are advocating for eligible voters, not illegal ones. Hope that answer is sufficient for you.

Virginia missed their deadline. Shame on them. Be mad at youngkin. Not at Dems.

Read the article. These people that they are wanting to remove said themselves that they are not eligible and want to be removed.

Not true. These 1,600 admitted that they were not eligible to vote

The article and the state's response do not say that. There are 1600 reinstated, and some have admitted they are not eligible; keep them on the rolls but prohibit them from voting if you have identified them.

But not all of them are ineligible, they found some that are eligible. And that's the point. We shouldn't bar eligible voters from exercising their right to vote. Period. Especially due to clerical errors at the DMV.

There is the deadline and Virginia has to follow the law. And the law says within 90 days of an election is a quiet period for purging voter rolls. There's no way around that.

But Democrats care so much about democracy and election interference right?

I can't post the link for some reason, but the Fifth Circuit just ruled that all ballots must be received by Election Day and any state law stating otherwise is overruled by federal law.

Edit:
