Did President Biden say "Ho! Ho! Ho! Happy Independence Day" yesterday?

I've seen two videos.

Video 1 started with "Happy Independence Day!". No problem.

Video 2 started with Kamala Harris introducing Biden and then him beginning with "Ho! Ho! Ho!" THEN "Happy Independence Day"

Did this really happen? I can't find any major news outlets reporting it.

Yes. But my understanding is that he was talking about the Vice President and not the time of year.

Makes sense to me, too many folks look at our government for gifts and handouts so we may as well refer to president as Santa Claus.
