Actually, it could be the 1930s. For the first time in any of the lives of those reading this post, the US is in real jeopardy of losing its status as the world’s premier superpower. The closest was the Cuban Missile Crisis, which was more of a military threat to both U.S. and Russia. This time, it’s a total frontal assault of our economic clout, foreign policy influence and military power where the Chinese and to a lesser extent Russia are teaming up and gathering allies to challenge us. Even Australia and NZ are signaling tepid support for us in the face of growing Chinese power and economic wealth that they established thanks almost entirely to us. And does anyone doubt they will invade Taiwan before Biden’s term ends? All the while we are preoccupied with the dumbest issues promoted by Marxist pussies (literally) never before seen in this country on this scale.

Our strength was always our vibrant middle class which has been all but decimated the past 20 years, but particularly in the past 10. We are now a 2 tiered and deeply divided society.
