How exactly did it age poorly? This is aging like a dog turd in vinegar
Is Searels still our OL coach? Has the OL suddenly somehow improved since Jared Wilson & Fairchild left?
Your post makes no sense.

What’s worse is it is our second helping of his coaching incompetence.Getting a legit SEC interior OL starter is as important as getting WR talent now.
We've got a bunch of huge guys on the roster but none have even come close to cracking the rotation.
Searels shouldn't merely be fired, he should be flogged & humiliated. I've rarely seen a more incompetent OL coach in my life (not even Rob Sale)
Not sure who you’re quoting ? I did t say only good yearsThis is aging like a dog turd in vinegar
No, you don't understand. The only "good years" Kirby has had is when we won the Natty.
Those other two SEC championships, bowl wins and 10, 11 or 12 win seasons were trash. (eye roll).
I was agreeing with you. Collin213 said Kirby has had only “two good years”.Not sure who you’re quoting ? I did t say only good years
The good news is that we play the hardest part of the schedule at home instead of away.Good thing our schedule gets easier..... wait. Uh-oh
Understandable. I just feel it’s hyperbole to be more worried about a QB who did just fine in the Sugar Bowl, than the OL who couldn’t block a soul. Both can be concerns, but the quote was “if Gunner is the guy, we have bigger problems than the OL.” The OL is both literally and figuratively the biggest problem we have on offense.I respect your respectful disagreement, but agree with Oak. I can honestly say I would like to be wrong.
No question in my mind that the offensive line was the most disappointing group this year, closely followed by the WRs.Understandable. The thing about the WR group is a lot of us sounded the alarm preseason. But OL was supposed to be a strength. Now, I think the WRs underperformed even my low expectations (I didn’t think they could get open; I didn’t expect them to drop balls at an alarming rate while open), but not nearly to the extent the OL did.No question in my mind that the offensive line was the most disappointing group this year, closely followed by the WRs.
The offensive line is by far my biggest worry heading in to the next season.

There’s no way you can convince me our OL played anywhere near its potential. I actually think the WRs kind of did perform near theirs
