- Playing in his hometown for the first time as a college QB.
- Playing against the school he grew up rooting for and nearly went to.
- Playing without having the best player he’s ever played with, and probably ever will play with, as a security blanket for the first time.
I know Florida sucks, but they’ve gotten better and there are a lot of factors in place for a bad performance from QB1, and our defense and running game aren’t as strong as in years past and might not be able to carry him.
Unfortunately, I have no choice but to put us on upset alert for this weekend. I will be extremely impressed with Beck if he balls out on Saturday but he has every reason not to.
