white house to cut 40,000 plus . while we are cutting , Russia and china are building their military . our air force is smaller than when it was established !

How else can the Caliphate defeat us? That is the goal of "fundamental change", isn't it?
IF, and its a big if, we make it to the next administration, we'll be in a slightly worse position than when Carter left office. The major reason that we ran deficits under Reagan was that the military had to be rebuilt. Does the Pentagon waste money? Absolutely, but unfortunately, given the state of the world, we need a powerful military. I'd damn sure rather spend money on a new battle group than blow a similar amount of money on some idiotic domestic program.
No we don't. Everyone needs to call their Cong or Senator and tell them to end sequestration. There will also be 17,000 civilians who support operations cut.

We need to cut waste in our military which includes having bases in every other country in the world.
This can be done while still maintaining & increasing effectiveness.
