Pass HS, black college diploma mill, get gubmint/quota skin color mgmt job
..and fook up everything in sight alienating staff and customers by asserting you attitudinal bs knowing U can't deal otherwise.
It all about getting the gig, and not the skill. Gubmint dgas, and if you do business with gubmint U got to deal with these manufactured wannabe's.

A damn mess...
Thank goodness I got my own gig, and do not have to deal with what some of my buds do. They do business with with gubmint/military....headquarter attorneys damn near tell them who to hire based on Skin Color.
Everybody working there knows it. The preferred color guy knows he jumped some longer there folks with more experience/expertise and gets held in disdain by his co-workers.
Corp attorneys trying to keep the Feds at bay. Fouled up part of doing significant business semi-regulated by the Fed gubmint.
Pendulum's going to swing the other way at some tipping point.

I work with several GS 12-14s, when they send me emails, I have to walk over to their desk and ask them what they were trying to convey in their email. I wish I was exaggerating, but I am not.
