- I watched Mater Dei vs. Carlsbad game last night and Carlsbad completely owned the LOS and I never heard them mention DT Breland. I'm hoping he was either out for some reason, or that there is more than one Mater Dei.
- I also watched the IMG game, and you couldn't miss defensive tackle David Stone, he was totally dominant. Did we not recruit Stone or did we just assume he was going to play for the home team (Oklahoma)?
- Ellis Robinson is as good as advertised.
- At running back I wasn't overly impressed with Jerrick Gibson at IMG, and I don't remember seeing Nate Frazier from Mater Dei. The lack of mentioning of Breland and Frazier really makes me wonder if there is more than one Mater Dei in CA.
