In NCAA? If all parties consent to a trade, two schools, all kids involved, why not? Transferring has gotten more prevalent than ever these days, NCAA seems to flip a coin with most waivers. How about adopting rules in place for trades, every kid traded is immediately eligible and all flat transfers have to sit out a year regardless, no exceptions.
