Williams is one of the big risers in the Rivals250 with his versatility at LB and he has become a national recruit despite making some early commitments. Georgia is a program he has mentioned to me since the summer months and it appears as if he has zeroed in on a potential first visit to Athens two weekends from now with the Vols in town.
