Hardly. She was named to the "Young Global Leaders" at the WEF in 2021. The WEF subsequently removed all mention of her from the YGL list, and from the general WEF "People" section. She had this to say in May:

While we struggle to afford food and fuel, the elite gathered at Davos/WEF to discuss how we should be allowed to live our lives. Their totalitarian dream of a so-called “Great Reset” where people own nothing and are tracked/monitored with every step, must be condemned by us all.

Also to Gabbard's credit, Mitt Romney has called her a "treasonous liar" for questioning why the US is investing in biolabs in the Ukraine (as confirmed by the US Embassy in Ukraine, funded by the Pentagon). She's no doubt ruffling some feathers among the swamp rats.
