Federal judge just declines

To issue ruling halting DOGE from accessing federal data and firing emoloyees. This was the lawsuit filed by (I think) 14 states.

I would not be surprised if the Supreme Court may be trying to reel in some of these gunslinging Federal District Judges.
This crosses both party lines since we have had conservative and liberal judges exceeding their constitutional authority for quite a while.
