It is amazing at well he has adapted and the results he has produced being such a newbie at it. There are guys in the SEC that have taken 10+ years to figure it out.

CJP has only been a DC for two full years - 2013 FSU and 2014 UGA.

He has only been in the college game for five full years - 2010, 2011, 2012 at Bama as the DB coach, 2013 at FSU as the DC, and 2014 at UGA as the DC.

I know he was at Hoover and was the DC for a bit, then he was at Bama in a support role, but he has only been a DC at the college level for two years.

The results that his guys have produced everywhere he has been have been phenomenal. When he was the DB coach at Bama, his DBs were very good (D,Milliner,D.Kirkpatrick, M.Baron), the FSU defense was very impressive, the defense at UGA last year was very much improved over the previous year.

Other than the DL and maybe ILB we have every reason to think the defense in 2015 will be very good, at the very least better than last year's.

We create turnovers, we make big stands, and there is talent abound.

All this, plus he can recruit. To be as young as he is, as "new" as he is at what he is current job, really the proof is in the pudding of how much of a young stud we really do have.
