Will be an absolute travesty if he's found guilty. Folks will hesitate to come to the aid of anyone feeling threatened if he is found guilty. That guy's death made this country fractionally better.

disagree in this case. The more principled jurors will be the ones who come to the common sense conclusion that this man should be given a medal rather than a jail sentence. And they won't be budged.
The verdict is already in on the prosecution. Absolutely unbelievable that these politically appointed DA's would pursue this case. Even more sickening than the lawfare against Trump. At least he signed up for it by running for political office. Bragg and the ugly ass assistant DA who looks like she came straight out of an anti-Trump meme are the ones who should be on trial. This is an American veteran who used his bravery, strength, and skill to protect other Americans. No good deed goes unpunished. If he is in fact found guilty, I hope Trump immediately announces that not only will he pardon him on day 1, he will stroke him a check for $5 Million personally to compensate the bullshit these guys have put him through. The idea that Hunter Biden walks while this guy's future hangs in the balance does not sit well with me.
This case isn't getting near enough publicity. Not long ago, it would have gotten a tone of publicity......but the headlines would all be about the hero who protected innocents from a crazy asshole who threatened their lives.
This would be a great way to stick it to Bragg as well. This never should have gone to trial. I totally agree with the pardon idea.
The governor would have to do the pardon since its state case. If convicted NYC deserves every bit of crime it gets.
