Chaney stopped by Hamilton and caught a spring practice, and the two were able to catch up on the phone afterward.
Chaney believes Shough would be a strong fit for Georgia's system. The fit alongside the likes of Eason and Fromm would be pretty seamless. The depth chart is something Shough is taking into account when he's looking at schools, noting that Georgia's is highly touted, but he's realistic about having to compete.
For now, Shough says Georgia's not very high on his list, but that could change with a visit. He's not sure if he'll be able to see Athens this summer, as he's looking at the 'economic-feasibility', but the potential for a fall visit/official lingers.
