Leroy and Lewis bbq (if you are a hipster, the smoked beef cheek is absurd)
Rainey street bars
Lucky duck

Avoid.

Franklin bbq (long wait, similar bbq elsewhere and too many other good ones)
6th street. If you are over 30 it is miserable. Under 30 will enjoy.
Don’t go see the bats under the bridge
