Catching up with the Fla's and Bama's of the world I guess. They don't have the 3day response.
I just read an article that part of the 3 day deal was, with other schools not having it, reporters would find out who we were spending $$ to go see in recruiting. Then broadcast that info.

That's actually a state law in those places that has to do with answering FOI requests primarily from the state government. Georgia to my knowledge is the only locale where football is the tail wagging the gpvernment dog. Much, much, much ado about nothing since none of these requests in Georgia get answered in 3 days either. Instead they respond with sort of a standard we are busy and will take a look as soon as practical which winds up to be as long as they would like or 90 to 120 days. But By Gawd we gittin' behind the program now. Politicians......
No other SEC program allows over 15 days to respond. This is shady BS, It's becoming clear Kirby can do as he pleases. The Georgia Way is dead.
Of course most will be fine with it, most never had any real ethics.
This is Kirby Smart finding a way around open records law, with the entire University going along.
I just talked to the person in charge of gathering and releasing those request at The UGA AD. She pretends Kirby didn't get the law changed and that it's just about giving her more than 3 days to get them out.
After it became clear she either knows nothing or she's a liar, I said just that, she took offense, the truth is now the enemy I suppose.

If you subscribe to the politics of the left you are not really using your brain to it's even 50% potential. You can not live with total freedom, not everyone can handle it. Freedom comes with responsibility that means you achieve or fail on your own, no help or support from uncle sam. I guess not everyone can live that way, but you hang in there buttercup.
