Was talking about this post game with some friends. I hate feeling reserved after a huge win. But here I am, happy and somewhat disappointed at the same time.
Why? The diehards here have been begging to even be in the conversation this late for the tournament. Me included. Yet again, here we are, and I am massively pissed at the coach for even having to conjure a small miracle to make it in. When is the last time we have been in this position so late in the season. Expectation and hope is a crazy thing. I try to be a silver lining guy and it totally got me this season. I have watched every minute of a season where we won one sec game. Yet now I can barely turn this team on at times.
We go 2-1 we likely make the tournament. Especially, if we win game one on the tournament. I am rambling. I don’t care what it means. Just get into the dance. For the love of god.
