NonDawg Golf course help-specifically north Georgia near NC/TN/GA areas

I've got to drive from Buford to Vonore, TN tomorrow, but can stop somewhere to play golf. My preferred route takes me past Butternut Creek GC and Old Union GC. I can swing over and try Old Toccoa Farm or Copper Basin.

Anyone familiar with these, your thoughts would be helpful. Couse shape, playability, fun, etc...
