At least for a few days.
Haven’t had a chance this year till now, so looking forward to getting up around the coast of NC for the weekend and see what I can get into.
Bigger trip coming up in June to see the in-laws in NorCal….never been Halibut fishing, but looks like fun.

Been doing this for a living for 38 years now, the last 18 at UGASports.
No, I’m planning on going anywhere. My drive for this job hasn’t changed. The excitement level for what I do is the same as it’s always been. Covering UGA has been the best job I’ve ever had.
No, I’m not perfect. I’ll never win a Pulitzer and I’ve got quirks like everyone else. I can be opinionated, and I admit I have a hard time with rude people sometimes.
But one thing you always get and will continue to get from me is honesty. For better or worse, you’ll never have any trouble knowing where I’m coming from, even with my accent 😀.
Love all you guys - even the ones who might be ticked at me for one reason or another 😎.
Anyway, just wanted to drop a few thoughts and assure everyone that I’m excited about what the future holds - not only for this site but for all UGA athletics.
(I’ve gotten several DMs asking…no, I’m not out the door…just wanted to offer some thoughts in light of the change. Now about that dime…😀).
