very well. Dawgs did get a bad draw. Might could beat them in some Christmas tournament or something, but you don't eff with Izzo in March. He's dialed in then. Sure have been some great games played coming down the stretch this year.

Was a Notre Dame fan for the first time in my life this weekend. I have an irrational hate of the Wildcats in hoops that knows no bounds. However, I like to have a good "hate" for some teams. It's part of it for me and I get "joy" out of my "hate" when a "hate" team, goes down.
For example, I haven't liked Duke since Johnny Dawkins left. I "hate" Coach K. They've got a damn good team, but I hope my boy Izzo can put them down.
In truth, I probably won't get much "joy" this weekend, but I'm looking forward to some good basketball. I have sure watched some over the past 4 days. Except for the refs - they've about taken over. Need to go to six or even unlimited fouls, with extra free throws after a player's fifth, if they are going to keep calling games like this. Let 'em play, stripes.

Been getting ready all weekend for huge ROCK this week.
Busiest week of the year so far, and my chart provider focked all my portfolios this weekend in their upgrade. Years of history. After reassuring me repeatedly over the past few weeks that it wood not screw up my stuff. Been emailing me back and forth all day yesterday (on a Sunday) trying to restore, but it's not going to be totally fixed. It's kind of a big deal. Everything I warned them about...happened. I HATE being dependent on somebody else for my livelihood. They are very sorry this happen.
Ex-college roommate I haven't seen in 20 years says last week he's coming to town "sometime" this week. Ok great. When? No responds for days. Sends a txt last night at 10:30pm to say he will be here at noon today for lunch, and can he and girlfriend stay with us. Really???

the Barn, the Turds, etc. Don't "hate" any basketball teams, well maybe Tech. I love well played college basketball. Because of that I prefer watching teams like UK, Duke, Butler, Zaga, Kansas, etc. Don't care who wins, just want to watch it being played the way it's supposed to be played. It's quite "freeing" really. I wish I could do that with college football. But can't. Every game I'm left with either great joy or tragedy.

Tough Sunday for Spring Sports
Baseball lost to Cocks (just missed sweep of weekend darn it) 8-5
Lady Golf lost match play to #1 Southern Cal, but finished second in tourney. Improvement over 3 last place finishes.
Softball lost to Vols falls to 6-5 in conference play. Rubber match of weekend series tonight 7PM SEC Network.
Women's tennis won 6-0 at Tigers (Mizzou)
Men's golf in 5th up in Wilmington NC - Lee McCoy in 1st. Tourney concludes today instead of Sunday (yesterday)
