Are there Cliff's available? The only folks I've heard downplaying anything are in the White House... until they couldn't ignore it. As for Martial Law, most governors and mayors all have the power to act if it's needed. Kemp was given same last week.... as the legislature was running out of the capitol doors to get away from one another... and their responsibilities. But that's nothing new. I learned a long time ago that ALL politicians are master bullish!t artists and have felt dirty just listening to 98% of 'em. THAT includes either political party, too.

The majority of the public is more than capable of voluntary quarantine without government enforcement. Where did he come up with that? Everyone is capable of voluntary quarantine, but he's imply that they would comply with it. There are plenty of people who seem not to want to comply with a voluntary quarantine. And he even says he'll do what he wants. Plain junk.
