I had a hunch, despite Ohio State being at home and having the better roster, that Tennessee could beat them. I think Texas is soft and I don’t think Oregon hasn’t been tested sufficiently. I had a hunch Tennessee might make it to the finals but I wouldn’t have bet any money on it.
Instead, they didn’t show up in the first game. The $20 million roster won when they were embarrassed and desperate and at home. Should have seen it coming.
I’ve had an amazing percentage of correct predictions this season (I predicted our entire regular season in wins and losses….and the only game I lost money on was Auburn/Cal), but i whiffed on this one.
