I drove all the way from South Mississippi to see us play NC State in 2008. I made the Saturday and Sunday game but couldn't make the Monday game due to work. It was fun to be at Foley Field that weekend.
It never crossed my mind we would have this long of a drought. It's hard to believe that with the quality of high school baseball in Georgia, being a major school in the SEC and other factors in our favor that we haven't been able to get back into one. I know the program hasn't received the support it needs or deserves but still, even a blind squirrel can find a nut.
