I know it is that time of year when everyone from EA Sports to Josh Pate lists the hardest places to play.
I
understand that this is not a science, but I believe that, at some level, winning games should matter. I know "Death Valley" will always be #1 no matter how many games they lose, but I keep seeing Auburn and Florida above us. Frustrates me. Should it? No, but it does. Aubrun is 40-22 in the last 10 years, but the 9th-hardest place to play? Give me a fing break.
I get it; we hurt ourselves for years when we weren't as loud as we should or can be, and that's not the perception, but I really think we're top 5. Or maybe we win because we are really good. I will take either. .
