If Deion leaves CU or quits coaching altogether after this season, will the Colorado football program be in a better position than before they hired him? Did he actually make the overall program better once you remove two 2 best players (Shedeur & Travis) Colorado will have for the next 20 years at the end of this season? Is the job anymore attractive to the next group of 5 coach to take over than it was 2 years ago?
1/2 the roster has turned over. He largely ignored HS recruiting & focused on portal guys. The better talent he acquired will likely transfer out if/when he leaves. The next Sun Belt coach who takes over will not get the same long leash in turns of NIL funding.
