When was the last time Georgia lost to a team that didn't have a talent advantage (however small) over Georgia? Correct me if I am wrong about this, but each time we have lost to Bama they technically had more 4 & 5 star players on their roster. Florida was the last team not named Bama to beat us. If memory serves me correctly, we were pretty beat up heading into that game (and lost more players during the game), and couldn't overcome the star power UF had on offense that year. The only other time I can remember losing to a team that didn't match up with us from a talent perspective was that flukey turnover fest loss to SoCar in Athens. I know that Texas is pretty darn close to us in terms of roster talent, and they have studs at WR (a recipe that always gives us trouble), but we don't really lose to teams less talented than us.
