good point down below about the refs not liking the big hits. Just cover, intercept some and get them on the ground when they catch it or you are in run support. Now I'll take a hitman back there for sure and take my chances with him laying some wood, but you don't necessarily have to have an enforcer in the secondary these days to be a dominant defense.

Concur. DB's are, I expect, coached to not lay the wood.

In the future we will see TV shows comprised of big hits from back in the day when targeting was actually encouraged rather than penalized.
