if she didn't conduct state department business via email or cellphone. most high level execs i know, absolutely never send email
but she did e-mail, they have thousands; but they are missing thousands she deleted .
The FBI has had the deleted emails for at least a month now. It was exactly a month ago when it came out all of her emails were stored offsite on 3rd party servers, some sort of ''clouds'' I'm no meteorologist but that's what I hear.
It will be some time early next year before they are finished pouring over them and they are released to Hillary's good buddies in Congress.
Hard to believe but what I'd like to know, nobody seems to talk about, what about the records of the state Dept's emails? If everybody there had govt email ACCTS, they automatically are archived. she sent or rec'd emails, to state dept. There are records regardless of whether they were sent or rec'd from her own server.
I thought Obama would release some of the Justice Dept. attack dogs on her if Biden ran for Prez. I doubt that will happen now.
Then there should be a record of any email between her & any state dept employee.
There is no way that emails are lost. There is a copy somewhere, unless you sent and received from an alien life form.

The blacks want her to win because she promises free stuff. The Latinos want her to win because she'll let more illegals in and she'll let them stay. The Muslims, conflicted as they are over the fact she's a woman, want her to win because she'll be supportive of the Palestinians and harder on Israel than any GOP. Putin wants her to win because he can dominate her. China wants her to win because they can out manuever her.
So, it doesn't matter. It's already written in stone. President ugly ass grandma is next in line.
Her explanation on why just after the assault she said there were attacks provoked by the cartoon ( or whatever it was) actually made very good sense. To me the Ohio Congressman who questioned her on it was transparent in his zeal to 'get her'.
People who are already against her will see this hearing a certain way. I'm telling you many open minded people will see it differently though.
As of this time I don't see anything damnable in either her words or actions. Were there mistakes along the chain ? yes, but We've seen far worse leading up to and after 9-11.
And my question was answered yesterday in the hearing. State Dept had 90 to 95 percent of her emails archived. The 55,000 she turned in were to fill in the "gaps". (which neither she nor the select committee could explain why there were gaps)
We all know bureaucracies often have a cluster duck component. How much more might there logically be ? She has said there were mistakes,
The thing republicans hope to find seems to be some evidence The State Department intentionally worded press released to make it seem as if the provocation was a spontaneous response to the cartoon (or whatever). That seems unlikely, but it wouldn't have altered the facts or affected future preparedness even if true, that makes this committee in effect political in nature.
I'd vote for Bill Clinton again if the choice was between this field and Him.

They kept predicting doom for years, till they finally gave up and decided to take credit instead. First they made the ridiculous claim that the economy was a delayed reaction to Reagan's policies. Only later did they decide giving the very Congress who fought against it credit was a more believable lie. I give Newt credit for pushing welfare reform, but that was a drop in the financial bucket.

Lord have mercy, It was Newt and the contract with America that saved Clinton. When have you ever heard of a Country taxing itself into prosperity? Its a stupid concept. Clinton who was completely against Welfare reform was dragged kicking and screaming to it...and what happened? ppl went to work. Now POSOTUS is making sure those ppl are back on welfare...can't allow them to escape the plantation.....

I'm interested in what we find out. I suspect We'll find out it's just Hillary's natural tendency towards secrecy and Her well founded distrust of certain elements. Those tendencies may well destroy her politically at some point.

The important thing in all that was Clinton got what he wanted & so did Newt.
Nowadays compromises aren't in the vocabulary. To the detriment of the country. Life is one big compromise daily. Unless you're under 5. Eventually you learn you can't have your way in eveyrthing , all the time. There are other people in your world.
How do you compromise with democrats, agree to slow the rate of destroying the Country? No socialist need to be defeated and rolled back.

As some of their Cong, same for dems.. Majority is not as far left.
But a good start to getting something done would be to rid themselves of the Hastert rule. It pretty much makes it impossible to get anything passed & completely ignores there are almost 200 minority party members who should have a voice too, as they were elected by their constituents to represent.
The GOP majority in the house could get things done if not for a bout 40 far right minority causing such disruption. Getting rid of the hastert rule, would get rid of always having to have a "majority of the majority".
The hastert rule, marginalizes everybody. Not just the other party.
So tell me exactly what Republicans are far right? Boehner ? Bush? McDonnell? who? OTOH the top of the leadership in the DemocRAT party is POSOTUS, Pelosi, Reid, and on and on....so tell me again how the repubs are far right...oh and name one democrat "moderate"
