hillary's true colors showing....(link)

Hil really will say anything to get elected like “Coal will remain a part of the energy mix for years to come” and Clinton’s plan would also safeguard workers’ retirement and health benefits'. The EPA has shut down 32 coal plants and 36 more are on the drawing board to be shut down.

I'm more interested in the video after that. Fox News, which was built and is still managed by Roger Ailes, who worked for 3 republican presidents, is critical of Chris Mathews for having worked for Tip O'Neal when he was very young.
The hypocrites at FOS News have no shame.

hillary has no shame, but that is old news. That old wretched crow will choke on her own tongue on day.

I'm betting clean air will be more important to that baby in your sig than how many coal powered generators go off line.

What is the old saying..''one death is a tragedy, a thousand deaths a statistic'', you love to hammer on about 4 lives, yet many thousands of Americans have died for Bush's contrived wars.

U miss the point. Hil is lying thru her teeth to the coal miners as the EPA continues to close coal plants. U talk about Trump pandering but defend obvious pandering by Hil. Hypocritical.

It's a time tested way for the dishonest to pull the strings on the unimaginative.

All politicians pander on some level, but Trump is completely FOS.
How do you feel about the EPA trying to preserve air quality for that tyke you're holding ?

She had an opportunity to save some of the lives in Benghazi and the opportunity to tell the truth but she didnt. Libya is controlled by terrorists as a result of her action to kill ghaddafi. Another example of poor judgement.

Taking out Khadafi wasn't directed by any American official, but the effort had US support, and nobody voiced opposition louder than I did and IN REAL TIME. Taking out heads of state is not a cabinet level decision anyway.
Our policies of ''nation building'' in The Mideast has it's origins in Israel. Cheney's advisors were almost all Zionist think tank veterans.

I sure don't excuse democrats in this either, all of Washington is afraid the other guy will seem a fraction more pro-Israel. The irony is, a majority of Israelis are against these policies.

With all those coal plants running , my air quality has been fine.

Our air quality seems fine to me even with all those coal plants running. The closing of the coal plants has more to do with the left's fear of climate change than air quality.

I'm 59, I saw enough in the 1970s to say THANK GOD FOR THE EPA.
I well remember stopping in Birmingham on Our way to visit family in Tuscaloosa in 1968. We sat on benches outside a burger joint and after a few minutes we all had coal dust in our hair and on our clothes, that and many other examples have stayed with me.
If the coal industry and other polluters had their way Nixon never would have signed the Clean Waters And Clean Air Acts in 71/72. Industries fought every auto safety measure, every Café Standard, every move to clean rivers, lakes, toxic waste dumps, make food safer, etc, etc.
Those coal burners are being replaced by cleaner natural gas. That shifts profits from the coal industry to the natural gas industry, that is what the real pushback is about. You're like most, a pawn.

There was no compelling U.S. national security-related justification in 2011 to remove Qaddafi as Libya's leader.

Libya didn't matter anymore. A decade earlier the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001 led to an epiphany on Qaddafi's part. The Libyan strongman saw the writing on the wall as Islamists launched operations on Qaddafi's home turf and carried out attacks directed at him personally.
He renounced terrorism and decided to dismantle his weapons of mass destruction program in 2003. Qaddafi even did the unthinkable, signing on --at least nominally-- to the U.S.-led Global War on Terror. He promoted his son’s charitable foundation to augment his influence and revamp his reputation outside

Bush restored full diplomatic relations with the former pariah nation in 2006. As then-Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said at the time, Libya had provided "excellent cooperation in response to common global threats faced by the civilized world since September 11, 2001."

But getting Qaddafi out of the way was long a part of President Obama's plan to help the Islamist movement in Northern Africa and the Middle East.

Qaddafi was viewed as unsympathetic to the resurgent jihadists in his region and so he had to be eliminated.

Hillary Clinton carried out the hit and today Libya, with the assistance of the U.S. taxpayer, is well on its way to becoming a member in good standing of the Islamic Caliphate.

Hillary ordered a ''hit'' on Ghadafi ? really, THAT is you story ?

I visited Birmingham on business in the 70's and saw nothing like u describe. We all want clean air and water. Today's environment is far better.

yep and she was very open about wanting him killed. If u don't think she was involved up to her pantsuits in this then u are gullible to use the word u like so much. Read this. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/shirin-sadeghi/hillary-clinton-wants-gad_b_1020705.html

You're living in an alternate reality. Hillary did not make foreign policy, and ''Arab Spring'' was not under any government's control. Of course we had a hand in stirring things up, that has always been the case. Much of those activities were CIA and Pentagon ops. If you think Hillary was in control of those people, THAT is a cute little story.

If you were outside any length of time in Birmingham BEFORE TCW/CA Acts had effect, you would have had to be blind to not see the coal ash particles.
You must know these industries that still campaign against any and every advancement in environmental protection were very active back then as well.
I give Nixon full credit for doing the right thing for that child you hold, though it took decades to save her from the hell we might live in today without those protections.

I even dealt with the cement and asphalt industries back then too. Sorry I just don't remember anything like u describe. But even if u are right, that is irrelevent. Now the EPA wants to impose carbon taxes on businesses which will cost jobs, hurt the economy, and increase utility costs without doing anything toward dealing with Climate Change.

Yet Hil is saying the coal industry is here to stay for many more years. LOL Talk about alternate reality.

U can make excuses for hil all u want on the Libyan invasion but She openly said she wanted him killed and even celebrated when he died. Why?
He was no more a threat to our national security than Iraq was. She is now defending the action because not one American was killed(she conveniently leaves out the Benghazi attack). However she turned the country into a terrorist caliphate. U will enjoy this vid http://www.realclearpolitics.com/vi...g_moammar_gaddafi_we_came_we_saw_he_died.html

If you don't recall it, it's about you, because it was obvious.
I suppose you don't recall a river burning for days in Cleveland, or massive toxic waste dumps where children played, or the other literally thousands of dangers due to the greed and/or laziness of businesses.
The anti-environment protection forces would have us living in a world of shit and other toxic substances without government over-sight. If you're more concerned with some twisted ideology over the world your grand children will inherit, it's a sad commentary IMO.

Bush did not try to cover up the deaths of American soldiers you nimrod.
Huge difference, hillary tried to blame it on a video and even today she calls the families of some of those dead, liars. That witch will have to answer to God one day and will not be able to spin the truth. At this point what does it matter? ,Right?

Matic,
Everyone wants clean air and water. It should not be a partisan issue so attacking me doesnt really help your case.
The EPA has gone overboard and it is against the constitution in my opinion to tax air. The House of Rep has the power of the purse & there is no constitutional authority for the EPA to levy taxes.

Moreover, the EPA is telling all homeowners what to do with their own land. If u want to build a pond on your own land or if u cut down a tree (even a tree that is half dead), the EPA will levy huge fines. They basically want to take control of private owned land

DThe Clean Water Act has massively broadens the scope of the agency's power. It. defines which streams, rivers, ponds, wetlands, ditches, and waterways are subject to the regulations of the Clean Water Act. The agency would even have the ability to regulate waters on private lands down to ditches, potholes and puddles.

These overly burdensome regulations harm the very people that our laws are originally intended to protect. The EPA has bypassed Congress , the judicial branch, and ultimately, the American people and needs to be reined in.
