Rule #1-Stay out of South DeKalb. You win every gun fight you don't get into.
Rule #2-Stay the f&^% out of South DeKalb!!!
Rule #3-If you must got to South DeKalb, get training and carry your weapon.

Unfortunately I have to travel Candler road and Memorial a few times a month. Head is always on a swivel, I think other parts are worse though
