In terms of instant impact....
Thinking back, obviously Walker as a freshman is the highest standard.
Gurley not far behind, but obviously behind in team success.
Other RBs like Chubb, Sony and Swift were ready but could not be as impactful because of players ahead of them. But we all knew what we had. Lots of others.
We also have a SR QB that is beyond legit that might limit the overall production of the running game
But do you think one of these freshmen RBs screams mega star by year end?
Or more likely solid very good players but not household name types?
Just keep imagining a world with a great defense, a Heisman QB and an all-time at RB.
