My half-sister lives over in the Wrens/Louisville area. They were hit pretty hard with storms back in September. Her insurance company has not been helpful, and FEMA is a mess of it's own.
Basically, her and her kids are having to ride it out in the damaged home with a leaky roof and no insulation. She's trying to raise money to fix the HVAC.
We're not super close, but i know she's having a hard time. If you feel compelled, I know she'd appreciate any help from this great community. I didn't even tell her that was gonna share this.
